Without changing direction, but always keeping our minds open to change and innovation: this is the philosophy that has motivated us for many years, ensuring constant progress. 2023 was no exception.
We have been able to count on motivated teams, with solid, varied experience in Life Sciences. We have consolidated our positions with historic customers, flagships in their sectors. We have come together around the Consultys identity, thanks to a number of initiatives and a management policy that truly promotes quality of life at work, as attested by the Great Place To Work® certification of our French and Belgian subsidiaries.
These solid foundations enable us to implement changes that bring total satisfaction. We gain new skills through ambitious recruitment actions and the training of our consultants. We are continuing the development of our platform mode, structuring our teams around Delivery Managers, Business Managers and Team Managers, who guarantee proximity and performance. Finally, as you will see from this edition 47, we are providing support to ever more customers and diversifying our activities in previously untapped fields that represent promising growth opportunities!
We have no doubt that 2024 will be a good year, as we enjoy the effects of the acceleration operations initiated in 2023.
