The year will be coming to an end in a few weeks, and we can already congratulate ourselves on the progress of our business. We owe this success to everyone: our ties with our current clients have been strengthened and new client accounts have been opened. At the same time, our offer of services has widened thanks to new business expertise.

The steady, controlled growth of our business has led us to a new milestone; from an SME to a mid-cap, Consultys is growing, but not forgetting that one of its strengths is its closeness to its employees. This growth is also leading us to improve our organisation and bring our operational resources into line with our ambitions. In this context, we are deploying large-scale digital resources. Digital technology responds to our needs for more advanced equipment and instantaneous results to ease our daily tasks and boost our performance, but it also offers many new possibilities for work, exchanging and sharing experience and easily accessible shared resources. The deployment of Office 365, with applications such as SharePoint, Yammer and One Drive, smooths the flow of internal information and communication. I invite you to adopt these tools with an open mind and, of course, to share your experiences.

I mentioned improving our organisation. In line with the fundamental values on which our success depends, we are launching a major Quality of Life at Work survey, which I hope will provide a powerful lever for progress and improvement. BPI Group, an HR consultancy firm, will help us manage the survey. Its experts draw on the recommendations of France’s national agency for improving working conditions (ANACT) and the principles of Great Places to Work.
